Belle & Boo Book and Fat Quarters

The winner of our Belle & Boo giveaway is Terri Pain. Congratulations Terri! I don't have any contact details for you so if you could please me at info@littlehousewife.co.nz that would be wonderful. Thank you so much to everyone who entered. We'll have another lovely giveaway coming your way soon x

Last month we introduced you to some new book titles from the gorgeous Belle and Boo range by Mandy Sutcliffe.  This month we are absolutely thrilled to announce this sweet giveaway sent to us from the lovely creators of Belle & Boo - a copy of their latest children's story titled Belle & Boo and the Yummy Scrummy Day which is the delightful tale of a little bob haired girl called Belle and her sweet fury friend Boo who are always together - "on sunny days, rainy days, and dreamy let's-be-lazy days".

In this tale, Boo only wants to eat cookies and cake for breakfast.  He doesn't want porridge (too hot), toast (too crunchy), speckled boiled eggs (too... eggy) or fruit (too fruity).  Then Belle has an idea - will a healthy feast changed Boo's mind?

At the end of the book is a pull out recipe card for Special Spiced Biscuits.

Madeline and I made a batch of them this afternoon.  They are super simple and delicious.  Perfect to pop in Maddy's morning tea for a sweet treat at creche tomorrow.

Maddy loved melting the ingredients together and cutting out the cookies....

And sabotaging my photo shoot!

As a thank you from Little Housewife to our readers I purchased two Belle & Boo Fat Quarters to add in to the giveaway.

So how do you enter this gorgeous Belle & Boo giveaway...

  12. Would like to win this for an old school friend who's five month old daughter Skyla is waiting to undergo open heart surgery.

    I just read her story:
    http://www.rotoruadailypost.co.nz/news/heart-surgery-hopes-for-skyla/1937637/

and even though I haven't seen Sarah since school (15 or so years ago!) I think this is something special she can share with her wee daughter, Skyla. (I'm sure my girls would love it too!) But some people just need a little bit of sunshine in their life! Will comment on facebook too for more entries for Skyla. (Lis Sands)
