Pricing:
All of our prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 12.5 % GST.
Gift Wrapping:
Every order comes packaged in our signature pink tissue paper.
For an extra $5 we can beautifully gift wrap or gift box your selection of items.
You can view our range of gift wrap styles in the products section.
We are also able to create gift baskets accordingly to your requirements. Please Contact Us for further information.
Payment Options:
Credit Card:
Little Housewife accepts Visa & MasterCard only. Unfortunately we do not accept Amex or Diners Club at this time.
Little Housewife use Flo2Cash to process all online credit card payments. Please see the "Security" section below for more information on the Flo2Cash services and security.
Your Little Housewife purchase will appear on your statement as "Flo2Cash.co.nz".
Internet Banking:
Little Housewife accepts internet banking transfers to the following bank account:

Personal Cheque:
Little Housewife accepts cheques made payable to Little Housewife Limited. Please post any personal cheques to 501 State Highway 17, Albany, North Shore City 0632, Auckland. Please include your name and invoice number on the reverse of the cheque as payment reference.

Little Housewife understands that not everyone is comfortable ordering online. Please feel free to call us on 09 447 3865 or 021 238 6691 and we will manually process your order.
Little Housewife will not dispatch any orders without full and cleared payment.
Upon receipt of your order an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please keep this email safe, as it will contain your order number and purchase information. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a dispatch confirmation email to let you know that its on it's way.
Freight and Delivery:
Freight charges are based on the dimensions and weight of your order and is calculated at the time of check out. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt of payment of your order. In the unlikely event that any unforeseen problems should arise in processing your order we will be in contact as soon as possible via email.
Little Housewife delivers New Zealand wide to yourself or your gift recipient using New Zealand Post's "Parcel Post Tracked" service. Parcel Post Tracked is a non-signature delivery service and will deliver you parcel within 1-3 working days. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer. You can track your parcel online at www.nzpost.co.nz/trackandtrace. Little Housewife will provide you with your tracking number upon dispatch of your goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Little Housewife if an order does not arrive upon which we will take the necessary steps to locate your parcel. Please ensure accuracy when completing delivery details. In the event of incorrect delivery details being entered the redelivery charges will be billed to the customer.
International Orders:
Little Housewife welcomes International orders. International freight is calculated on the weight, size and destination. Please email Little Housewife via our Contact Us page for a shipping quote. Customers from outside of New Zealand are required to pay by Credit Card in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency. The purchaser is responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank and/or credit card provider. The purchaser is also responsible for any duties and taxes associated with importing product. If you are unsure please contact your local customs department.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered please Contact Us and let us know.
Exchanges
If you return your order to us within ten days of receipt with the goods unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to exchange the goods for another item of equal value. Please contact Little Housewife with all the particulars of your return and we will advise a returns authorisation number and delivery details. The customer is responsible for all exchange postage costs to and from Little Housewife.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order should arrive damaged or faulty please contact Little Housewife immediately with the particulars of your claim. Where possible, a photograph of the product is most helpful so we can contact New Zealand Post to lodge an insurance claim. Little Housewife will replace the damaged or faulty items by free return post. Should we not be able to replace the products we will offer an alternative replacement product or issue a full refund including freight. Depending on the severity of the damaged or faulty product, Little Housewife may also include a return postage ticket and address label for you to return the goods to Little Housewife. Little Housewife will not enter in to claims of faulty or damaged goods outside of ten days of receipt of your order.
Error
Should we make an error with your order please contact Little Housewife immediately. Please ensure that the products have not worn, used, altered or resized in any way and is still in its original packaging. Should the product be in less than perfect condition, the return will be null and void. Upon notification of an error we will promptly dispatch the correct item to you along with a return postage ticket and address label for the incorrect products to be returned to Little Housewife. Should we not be able to supply you with the correct products we will offer you an alternative product or issue a full refund including freight. Little Housewife will not enter into claims of error outside of ten days of receipt of your order.
We will not accept any returns that have not followed this process. Any goods returned to Little Housewife without following the above procedure will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Little Housewife will not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
- We will not accept any goods that have been worn, used, have their labels removed, resized or altered in any way.
- The original invoice must accompany the returned item.
- Little Housewife does not refund or exchange on sale items (unless faulty or if supplied by error)
- It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Little Housewife if an order does not arrive upon which we will take the necessary steps to locate your parcel.
- Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

Little Housewife uses Flo2Cash NZ to process all online credit card transactions. Flo2Cash is an online credit card processing company that provides instant, safe and secure credit card verification and approval using advanced encryption technology.
