Hi there.  Welcome to the first blog from Little Housewife.  It has been an incredibly busy first few months.  We have been overwhelmed with orders from our listings on Trade Me and thank each and every one of your for supporting us.  We couldn't be more thrilled with the response we've had.  Thank you!  To everyone who has purchased cookie cutters, we would love to see some photos of how you got on decorating your cookies and cakes.  And if it's ok, we'd love to post them on my next blog.  It's always so inspiring to see what everyone is up to.

Below are some photos from Sarah from Wellington who recently hosted a baby shower for her sister.  Sarah actually did three baby showers in one as she doesn't know if her sister is having a boy or a girl.  Sarah did the most amazing job using the Little Housewife Cookie Cutters in so many different ways - I love the Cookie Tree - and the Dolly Pegs are great for helping set the scene on the tables.  It looks like a photo shoot for a Martha Stewart Magazine!  Well done Sarah :)

Next month we will be placing our Christmas Cookie Cutter order.  Included in the order, we look forward to receiving cutters in the shape of gingerbread men, angels, toy soldiers, Christmas ornaments, holly leaves and candy canes.  We also have a special shipment of gingerbread house cookie cutter sets arriving.  With every gingerbread house cookie cutter set sold we will include my famous Gingerbread recipe.  This recipe actually dates back to 1972 that my Mum clipped out of a magazine.  To date, it is still the best Gingerbread recipe that I have ever tasted (and I've tried them all!) and remains a very popular gift every Christmas.  We have had a lot of requests for princess, fairy and ballerina cookie cutters so we will also be getting some of those too.
